Step 3: Send e-transfer to yoga-for-you@hotmail.com * enter your Vimeo user name in the memo (also, send me an email if you don't receive emails from me)

IMPORTANT: Please remember to listen to your body! Yoga is about increasing your body awareness and respecting any limits that your body can present on any given day. Respect the limits, don't push past them, and observe how they can change. Remember that every body is different and everyone is on their own path. Whether you are new at yoga or any movement or you have bad knees or you are pregnant or simply tired, etc, etc, etc,.. please do not do anything that doesn't feel right. I prefer face-to-face classes where I teach the bodies in front of me and give suggestions and modifications as I see needed. Unfortunately, when I can't see your body, there is no way for me to give modifications or suggestions for every possible situation, so it is your job to listen to your body.

That all being said in my words, I will still include a disclaimer:

A Little More About My Yoga & Sound Journey

Hi! My name is Tracy Koluk and my business is Yoga for You Inc. I started practicing yoga in 2002  and loved it so much that I decided to become a yoga instructor through the Yoga Association of Alberta and a yoga therapist through Mount Royal University. I opened my own yoga studio plus taught around our community.  When Covid hit, I started teaching online via zoom as well as created an online studio. During Covid restrictions, after almost 14 years of having a studio, I closed the doors permanently and turned all my attention to teaching online. After restrictions lifted, I started teaching some in our community once again. I am passionate about yoga and the benefits that it has on mind, body, and soul and want to share my practice of yoga with others! My family and friends often refer to me as a yoga nut! Having fun and feeling good while building strength, flexibility and balance plus de-stressing, calming the mind and relaxing the body, I can’t figure out why everyone isn’t a yoga nut too! Through my yoga journey, I was exposed to and fell in love with the benefits of Tibetan Singing Bowls so in 2022, I took my Level 1 Sound Healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls. I offer a variety of styles of yoga, in person and online, as well as Sound Healing 1-on-1 and in groups.
